Pirating, Me Maties!

I believe that we should be purchasing music because when we download music from software such as limewire or other programs, we are not taking into consideration the job of the Artist. They need to be paid for the job that they do and by downloading music it becomes an issue of ethics. Is it wrong for us to download music that we don't pay for? Some people say yes, and others no. However, there may be other options such as a website that is designed to sell music for 50cents per song so a share of the profit can go to the artist. Therefore, this would be a win win situation.
